A complete training guide for you to follow each week to help you grow stronger, more flexible, more fluid in your transitions and work towards all your goal pole moves!
Weekly training modules that include guidance in how to structure and organize your training between both pole and non-pole time.
Off the pole exercises such as cross training to maintain muscle balance and give you training options for when you don’t have access to a pole.
Flexibility training to maintain healthy joints, range of motion and help you work towards your pole goals.

The program content is released with the weekly/monthly format for 18 months ,for each level, and then after that additional tutorials and content will continue to be added monthly to the pole library and class recordings section. Your content will never expire and is always accessible as long as your membership is active. So don’t feel like you need to rush or should be progressing at a different rate than you are. We all learn and progress at our own rate. Some tricks you might find that you get fairly easily while others may take revisiting over time to get comfortable or to work up to. So in answer to your question about what happens when the program ends, it ends when you feel that you have gotten everything from it that you can or want to improve your pole journey and then you can cancel at anytime.

Yes, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days until you manually cancel it. Your content fo the upcoming module or month will release every 30 days bringing you new content and challenging new things to help you on your training journey.
If you have any questions about canceling your membership I would encourage you to contact us first either via the email option or via the private message option within your program. Once you have canceled your membership you will no longer have access to your content once your current billing cycle is complete. Should you decide to resume your membership in the future the program platform does not have an option to pick up where you left off meaning your membership would start back at the beginning of Month 1 again.
Please be sure to cancel your membership 24-48 hours PRIOR to your billing date to ensure that your cancellation is complete prior to your next billing cycle.
